Overlay compatible with OBS software

Shows an animated bottom bar with editable texts and secondary functions. 2 versions available. With and without custom OBS dockable panel.

Please note, the custom panel might not be compatible with macOS  and Safari browser, one more reason for us to develop 2 versions and both using editable content functionality using Interact OBS feature.
