Right-click your source overlay and from options panel select Filter. On Filter’s option panel select Apply LUT. A new option window will show up , browse for the .cube files downloaded or use a PNG file. That’s it

How to create my own LUTs?

Well, I’ve used Photoshop to create and export the .CUBE files so its up to you.
